Partnership Program

What is the Partnership Program (PP)?

The Partnership Program is a form of direct sales promotion of products and services on the Internet, in return for which the Referrer receives specific commission. It is an interesting and very effective way to make money as well as an effective opportunity to increase online sales and promotion of products and services.

The Referrer

Referrer - a physical person or entity participating in the Partnership Program. The Referrer recommends the products or services offered by the Seller to third parties. Joining the Program is not mandatory.

The Seller

Seller - the limited liability company supersklepy.pl Sp. z o.o., offering its products and services, being the organizer of the Partnership Program.

Definition of the Product

The „tropMy.net” Partnership Program is based upon:

• PRODUCT RECOMMENDATION - a tropMy.net Referrer recommends the product to their friends, customers and all other website owners by placing an individual link promoting the tropMy.net product on their website.
• PRODUCT SALE - a Customer recommended by the Referrer purchases a chosen tropMy.net Product.
• COMMISSION - the Referrer receives Commission from each Product sold.

Amount of Commission

Three software packages are available for sale at tropMy.net: PUMA, CHEETAH and LION.

If in due to recommendation of a Referrer a transaction of tropMy.net software purchase is made, the Referrer shall receive remuneration from the Seller of gross 50 PLN per each purchase.

Commission disbursement policy

Disbursement takes place after the cooperation agreement has been signed.

The Referrer’s remuneration is paid on the basis of a Contract of Commission. A cooperation agreement is entered before each remuneration payout.

The Disbursement is paid once a month, after the Referrer has accumulated a minimum amount of gross 100 PLN. If the Referrer in one month does not accumulate this minimum on their account, it is paid only when it reaches the desired value. In another case, the payment will be calculated annually, i.e. until 31 January next year.

Disbursement is made by a bank transfer provided by the Referrer after the cooperation agreement has been signed. Each Referrer has a profile, by means of which they monitor their account status.
